These terms and conditions may be modified by After Life Vets at any time, with the user being informed of the existence of any new version that contains substantial changes.
2. The user

Access, browsing, and use of the Website confer the status of user, so all the conditions established herein, as well as their subsequent modifications, are accepted from the moment the Website is accessed, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding legally binding regulations, as the case may be.
The user assumes responsibility for the correct use of the Website. This responsibility will extend to:

These conditions apply to all quotations, offers, activities, agreements, and deliveries of products by or on behalf of After Life Vets. Deviation from these conditions is only possible if the parties have explicitly agreed to do so in writing.
4. Object
These conditions regulate the use of the website https://www.afterlifevets.com/ that After Life Vets makes available to its users and customers. Purchasing on https://www.afterlifevets.com/ can be made from Spain, comprising the entire Spanish territory. The products that After Life Vets sells through its website are mainly personalized pet memorabilia.
These General Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, on information society services and electronic commerce, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, all of which are legal provisions of mandatory application.
After Life Vets may modify them without prior notice, so it recommends periodic consultation of them, especially when making effective use of its online store located at https://www.afterlifevets.com/. However, After Life Vets undertakes to keep them updated, publish the latest version, and allow access and printing at any time.
5. Access and purchase conditions
Access to the After Life Vets Portal is free and confers the status of User on whoever accesses it, regardless of the subsequent use of the services offered.
Purchase will be allowed without prior registration, in any case, it will be necessary to complete the form for the purpose of identifying the buyer and the delivery address.
The purchase of products on https://www.afterlifevets.com/ can only be made by users over eighteen (18) years of age, who must follow the steps and instructions that will accompany the entire purchase process, consisting, merely by way of example, of:
(i) Completion of the registration form or the identification form of previously registered users;
(ii) On-screen display of the order summary, delivery terms, and shipping costs - if applicable;
(iii) Acceptance of the purchase conditions, which implies the reading, understanding, and irrevocable acceptance of each and every one of these General Conditions, as well as, where appropriate, of the existing Specific Conditions; and
(iv) immediate receipt of a summary email in the account used in the registration or, failing that, as soon as possible and always before the following twenty-four hours.
The purchase of products on https://www.afterlifevets.com/ for subsequent distribution or resale, whether in public establishments or carried out in the domestic sphere, is not allowed. After Life Vets will regulate and authorize the necessary permits if it consents to it at any time, so it would notify such authorization to the authorized agent in writing.

6. Orders
No valid order may be placed without expressly accepting, through the boxes enabled for this purpose, the terms and conditions and the privacy policy of After Life Vets.
All orders will be considered purchase offers subject to these terms and conditions. After Life Vets reserves the right to accept them if the requirements provided in these are not met.
Once an order has been placed, the system automatically generates a receipt for its receipt. However, this confirmation does not automatically imply acceptance of the order, since After Life Vets reserves the right to request additional information related to the identity and address to ensure both correct shipment of the order and to ensure the absence of fraud related to transactions.
Orders can be placed 365 days a year, at any time, except during periods when the service is suspended for maintenance or other commercial and/or force majeure circumstances.
Any order is subject to product availability. If it is not possible to deliver an order due to supply problems or insufficient stock, the user will have the option of waiting until the product is available or canceling the order.
7. Delivery
Delivery will be considered to have taken place when the user or a third party indicated by him acquires physical possession of the products.
The delivery time for the order will vary depending on the selected shipping method and will be indicated on the website once the order confirmation is obtained, in any case, it will not exceed 30 days from the date of the order confirmation. If it is not possible to meet the delivery date, we will inform the user of this circumstance and offer him the option of proceeding with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or the possibility of canceling the order and obtaining a full refund of the price paid.
If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, a notice will be left so that they can collect the shipment at the place and within the deadlines indicated. If the deadline passes without the collection being made, the shipment will be returned to After Life Vets.
8. Price and payment
It is understood that the price of each product is the one that will appear on the website at the time of each order. The user must pay the marked price, including applicable taxes, along with shipping costs, which will be added to the final price to be paid.
Prices may be modified by After Life Vets at any time and without prior notice without affecting confirmed orders. However, even after confirmation, After Life Vets will not be obliged to fulfill orders when the price is incorrect, especially when the error is evident and easily recognizable.
The accepted payment methods are:
Payment with a credit or debit card. We reserve the right NOT to accept certain payments with certain credit cards.
After Life Vets reserves the right to change payment methods, being able to create new ones or eliminate existing ones, without the user/client of https://www.afterlifevets.com/ being able to make claims for this reason. However, if the change in the payment method affected an already placed order, we would contact the client from https://www.afterlifevets.com/ to inform them of said change, offering them the option to cancel the order if they considered it convenient.
Payment with credit/debit card: The charge is made online, that is, in real-time, through the corresponding financial institution's payment gateway, once it has been verified that the communicated data is correct. In order to provide maximum security to the payment system, https://www.afterlifevets.com/ uses secure payment systems from leading financial institutions in e-commerce. In this sense, confidential data is transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution. The SSL encryption system used provides total security for data transmission over the network. The customer's data enjoys total confidentiality and protection. Credit card data is not registered in any of our databases. They are only used in the virtual POS (Point of Sale Terminal) of After Life Vets' financial institution, through its Secure Payment Gateway. Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entity thereof, but if said entity does not authorize payment, After Life Vets will not be responsible for any delay or failure to deliver and cannot formalize any Contract with the client. After Life Vets reserves the right to verify the personal data provided by the client and to take the measures it deems appropriate (including canceling the order) so that the goods purchased are delivered in accordance with the data that appear in the order.
9. Right of withdrawal
The User has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into through https://www.afterlifevets.com/ within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day on which the User or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify After Life Vets of his decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by postal mail, fax, or email). The User may use the withdrawal form model that is included at the end of these conditions, although its use is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the User's exercise of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.
In case of withdrawal, After Life Vets will refund all payments received from the User, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the User's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery offered), without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days from the date on which the User informs After Life Vets of their decision to withdraw from the contract. After Life Vets will carry out such a refund using the same means of payment as the User used for the initial transaction, unless the User has expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, the User will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. After Life Vets may withhold the refund until the goods have been received, or until the User has provided proof of their return, whichever condition is met first.
The User must return or deliver the goods directly to After Life Vets, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which they inform us of their decision to withdraw from the contract at C/ Hospital, 10. 29180 Riogordo, Málaga, Spain. The deadline is met if the User returns the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired. The User shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
The User shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
It is specified in this document that any Products that are not sealed after delivery or that may be subject to return for sanitary or health protection reasons, shall not be eligible for withdrawal (including, but not limited to, any beauty care Products if their lid or closure is removed).
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to:
· The supply of goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that After Life Vets cannot control
· The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
· The supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
· The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
· The supply of goods that have been mixed inseparably with other goods after delivery, due to their nature.
· The supply of alcoholic beverages whose price has been agreed at the time of the sale contract and that cannot be delivered before 30 days, and whose actual value depends on fluctuations in the market that After Life Vets cannot control.
· Contracts in which the consumer has specifically requested After Life Vets to visit them to carry out urgent repair or maintenance work.
· The supply of sealed audio or video recordings or computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery.
· The supply of daily newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.
· The supply of digital content that is not provided on a tangible medium, when the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and with their acknowledgment that they lose their right of withdrawal as a result.

10. Warranty
According to the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, After Life Vets offers a two (2) year warranty on all its products from the date of delivery, and we will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price, or refund the amount of the product. If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact us through the contact methods provided above.
This warranty does not cover possible breakages or wear caused by use. The consumer must inform the seller of any lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
11. Customer Service
After Life Vets provides a customer service so that the User can manage their complaints, inquiries, or request warranties and exercise the right of withdrawal.

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit, at their choice, for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile.
